André Paul-Ovila Leroux Jr., 25, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at his home.
Born on January 30, 1993, in Schenectady, he was the son of André Paul-Ovila and Michele Lynne (DiMeo) Leroux.
He was a graduate of South Glens Falls High School. André enjoyed playing all sports from elementary up through high school. André loved spending time outdoors which included, fishing, camping, four wheeling, kayaking and target shooting.
André was very family oriented; his close friends were also his family. He was kind hearted and always looking out for his family and friends, putting them before himself. André loved to bring home strays which not only included animals but also people.
André was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Lucien Leroux.
Left to cherish his memory include his parents, André and Michele Leroux; his sister, Nicole Leroux (Johnny Linendoll); his maternal grandparents, Barbara and Theodore DiMeo; his paternal grandparents, Mary Ann and Joseph Haydel; his aunts and uncles, Todd DiMeo, Lisette Leroux, Rene and Beth Leroux, John and Julia Leroux, Lorraine and Jim Mcgarrah, Elaine and Bill Buckton; and several great uncles, great aunts, cousins and fur babies.
Friends may call from 10am to 12pm on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at St. Michael Church, 80 Saratoga Ave., South Glens Falls. NY 12803.
A Prayer Service will be conducted following the calling hours at 12pm at St. Michael Church with the Rev. Guy A. Childs, officiating.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
