Concetta Giorgianni Weatherwax, 36, passed away Monday December 10, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family, pets and friends after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on October 2, 1982 in Glens Falls she was the daughter of John and Kim (Ruby) Giorgianni.
Concetta graduated from Queensbury High School Class of 2002.
She was employed by Walmart as a cashier for many years.
Concetta was an honest and trustworthy person who enjoyed being by the water, ocean, her pool, fishing, her animals, watching movies with her mom, plays on Broadway, family dinners, holidays, her white convertible mustang and spending time with her friends and family.
She was an avid hockey fan who loved watching and going to games with her father. Concetta was a fan of the Boston Bruins, Glens Falls Red Wings, Albany River Rats and the Springfield Thunderbirds.
Concetta was predeceased by her grandparents, Stephen and Jean Giorgianni, Joseph and Helen Ruby; uncle, Maurice Holcomb.
Left to cherish her memory include her parents, John and Kim Giorgianni; brother, Geon Giorgianni and his wife Heather; adorable nephew, Telperion Giorgianni; dog, Graci; cats, Mufasa and Buttercup; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, many close and dear friends.

Burial will follow the service at Pine View Cemetery Quaker Road, Queensbury, NY 12804.
