The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Scott can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: My fondest memory of Scott was always being mistaken for him at family reunions. The main difference was his larger and warmer heart.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to Scott's sisters, with hugs and sympathy ! I was taken aback by this news, as I was a classmate of Scots! He made school a lot more interesting for us with his different perspective on life! A lot of great memories !

Condolence: My brother has always been part of my life in that he was born when I was not yet 3 years-old. No one has ever been so consistently available whenever I needed him to help me out in some way, or just to talk with me. From an early age, we worked together on the farm bringing in the hay, working in the silo, working in the barn. And we played together. Sledding. Creating civil engineer projects in the dirt driveway. Playing cowboys in trees that bent to become our horses. I'm still going out sledding, Scott. In my heart, you will be there with me.

Condolence: Santa Baby was hilarious! His wit & charm could warm one’s heart & make a smile or laugh happen in no time. We had a great time privately & at The Corner. He was a crossword master & clearly explained things. He was my Santa Baby & Cmas was especially fun with all kinds of jokes & suggestions. Molasses cookies & milk would be sitting by my super clean chimney & fireplace for him & he would appreciate it with a joke. He was so special. Cmas will never be rhe same now. My deepest & most heart felt sympathies go out to his loving family at home & on the blog. He will always be missed.

Condolence: I have never felt so close to someone who I never met. I am fairly new to the crosswords world and "Argyle" was always there to explain things that mystified and/or frustrated me.

He even took the time to email me separate from the Crossword Corner blog.

When I learned of his terrible illness and hardship I wanted to offer my own experience of recovery. But mine was at a younger age. It must have been very much harder for him.

Scott/Argyle will be very much missed and always remembered.
