BRANT LAKE

Patricia A. (Comar) Pratt, 83, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 2, 2018 at her home with her family by her side.

Born March 10, 1935 in Glens Falls,NY, she was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Lenora (Wheeler) Comar.

Patricia graduated from Glens Falls High School in 1947.

On October 26, 1957, she married John E. Pratt at the First Baptist Church of Glens Falls.

She was employed by SUNY Adirondack for 25 years where she kept everything looking neat and tidy, retiring in 2001.

Patricia was a member of the Episcopal Church in Hudson Falls, NY. She enjoyed gardening, especially flowers, camping, and spending time with her family and friends. Patricia adored her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 61 years, John E. Pratt of Brant Lake, her daughter Donna Morehouse (Bill) of Hudson Falls, her son John David Pratt of Glens Falls, her daughter Susan Bates (Bruce) of Hudson Falls, and her son Kenneth Pratt of Glens Falls, her grandchildren; Anne Wojtowecz (Kris), Michele Morehouse, Katie Bates (Sean Nichols), Megan Bates, Audriana Pratt-Bala (Josh Bala), and John Kenneth “Jake” Pratt, as well as several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Lee Comar (Sheila) of El Paso, TX and Peter Comar (Sandy) of Woostock, VA, as well as many nieces and nephews.

At Patricia’s request there will be no calling hours. Services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
